Moving can feel overwhelming, but it is important to let your energy supplier(s) know when you move in or out. We are here to make it simple. Just contact us with your new address and move-in date, and we will take care of everything.

If you are moving out, give us a call on 030303 11 200 and we will handle the rest. National Gas is here to make your transition smooth and stress-free.

Call the Meter Number Helpline on 0870 608 1524 to find out who supplies gas to your property and to get your unique Meter Point Reference Number (MPAN).

If you smell gas, suspect a leak, or are concerned about carbon monoxide from a gas appliance, call the free Gas Emergency Services line immediately on 0800 111 999.
