If you get an emergency or suspect there is a gas leak or lose your supply then call the National Grid on 0800 111 999. This is their 24 hour emergency number.
If there any problem with your gas prepayment meter then call 0845 6066 766 for National Grid Metering team.
If there any fire in your premise – call emergency service on 999, switch off your mains gas supply (if safe), report National Grid on 0800 111 999 and also report us on 03030311200.
If there any problem with the boiler then call us on 03030311200.
