You may feel intimidating but it is your responsibility to let the energy supplier(s) know when you move in or out. We aim to make your move simple. Contact us with your new property address and move in date, we will put in order everything.

Call the Meter Number Helpline on 0870 608 1524 who can tell you- who is supplying gas to your property and your Meter Point Reference Number, which is unique to your property.

If you smell gas, think you have a gas leak, or are worried that fumes containing carbon monoxide are escaping from a gas appliance, please call the free Gas Emergency Services emergency line immediately on: 0800 111 999.
